How is pricing worked out?
The quote depends on the equipment and time needed, travel, venue access and on-site support. Ask us to confirm the full scope, total price and any possible additional charges before booking.
Can I pick up speakers myself?
Yes. Ask about self-service speaker pickup. Select Equipment pickup in your inquiry and share the date and what you need.
What if I don’t know what equipment I need?
Start with the occasion, the venue and what people need to hear. The equipment section is optional; we can help work through the setup with you.
Can you provide sound outdoors?
Include that in your inquiry, along with the location, power access and any covered area or weather plan. We need to check the site and conditions before confirming a suitable setup.
How do I hold and confirm my date?
An inquiry alone does not reserve your date. Once we agree to go ahead verbally, we hold the schedule while the paperwork and payment are pending. Your booking is confirmed with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due on the event day, before setup begins.
