A setup that fits
what’s happening.

We’ll confirm the equipment and who will operate it before booking. Delivery and setup do not automatically include someone staying throughout the event.

Speakers for music and announcements

Tell us whether you’re playing background music, making announcements or putting on a performance. Guest count is a starting point; the layout, indoor or outdoor setting and listening area help us plan speaker placement.

Microphones for the people speaking

Share how many people will speak or perform and whether they need microphones at the same time. A short welcome and a panel discussion need different plans. We’ll confirm the microphone options in your quote.

Mixing and playback connections

Let us know if audio is coming from a phone, laptop, instruments or several sources. For live music, send the performer’s input list if you have one. We’ll work through the mixer and connections with you.

Delivery, setup and soundcheck

We plan delivery around venue access and the time sound needs to be ready. Setup includes speaker placement, wiring and a soundcheck. Share loading rules, stairs, parking and the time equipment must be collected.

What helps us
prepare your quote.

A rough plan is enough to start. We’ll ask about anything that still needs figuring out.

  1. 1

    The occasion and space

Date, venue or neighborhood, guest estimate and whether the event is indoors or outdoors.

  2. 2

    What people need to hear

Speeches, music playback or live performers; microphone count and playback device, if known.

  3. 3

    Timing and access

Event hours, setup window, power access, loading and collection arrangements.

A few rental questions.

Will someone stay to run the sound?

Delivery and setup are different from on-site support. If you need someone managing microphone levels, playback or a live mix during the event, explore event sound and on-site support. We’ll include the agreed hours in your quote.

Can we pick up the equipment ourselves?

Self-service speaker pickup is an option to discuss if you can handle transport and operation. Ask about equipment pickup and share the date and what you need. Pickup arrangements and the equipment list are confirmed in the quote.

Can we use the equipment outdoors?

Tell us about power access, cover and your weather plan. We need to check the site and conditions before confirming a suitable setup.

How is the price worked out?

We quote for your event based on equipment, timing, travel, access and support. We’ll set out what is included so you can review the scope and total before booking. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date.

Let’s plan the sound for your event.

Send us the date, venue and what you have in mind. Unknown details are fine. We’ll check availability and work through the setup with you before quoting.
